Support in documenting and prioritising requirements: for effective project execution. Act as a support liaison between different functions to ensure a cohesive approach. Work closely with the Business Analysis Lead to analyse existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement. Contribute to the development and presentation of reports, communicating findings, and recommending data-driven decisions. Foster collaboration between all CIL business segments to create integrated and efficient operations. Contribute to strategic initiatives under the guidance of senior management for continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams under the guidance of senior leadership to optimise processes for increased efficiency. Identify opportunities for technology integration to enhance operational capabilities. Collaborate with IT teams to support the implementation of technology solutions that optimize business operations. Assist in utilising data analysis techniques to extract insights into operational performance. Support in monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators related to operational quality. Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance measures to ensure consistent and high-quality operational outputs. Education: Professional certification is an added advantage. Must have completed NYSC.
