We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Position: Treasury Manager Job Location: Adeniyi Jones, Lagos Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Treasury Manager to oversee and manage the treasury operations of OPay Microfinance Bank. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring liquidity, managing investments, and maintaining the highest standards of financial reporting and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Oversee bank account reconciliation and prepare accurate and timely bank reports Manage daily cash positioning and liquidity to ensure the organisation's financial obligations are consistently met. Ensure sufficient funds are available to support on going operational and capital investment requirements: Prepare comprehensive treasury reports and ensure strict adherence to internal controls, treasury policies, and regulatory standards. Oversee the management of investments, including treasury bills, fixed deposits, and mutual funds. Monitor bank investments and advise on whether to roll over or terminateat maturity Liaise with the CFO and provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making. Perform any other functions as may be assigned by the CFO. Requirements: & Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience: in treasury management or a similar finance role. Experience: in Financial Services, Fintech, or Digital Bankingis a strong advantage. Strong knowledge of treasury operations, cash management, and investment instruments. Proficiency in financial reporting and treasury management systems. In-depth understanding of CBN regulations and financial compliance standards. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Professional certifications such as ACA, ACCA, CFA, or CTP are an added advantage.
