Experience: with dent removal, panel replacement, welding, and body alignment . Ability to use panel-beating tools, welding equipment, grinders, and other body-repair equipment safely. Knowledge of vehicle body structures and repair techniques . Ability to prepare repaired surfaces for spraying/painting . Good attention to detail and ability to produce neat, high-quality repairs . Ability to inspect damaged vehicles and determine the required repairs. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good time management and ability to meet repair deadlines. Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of protective equipment. Relevant technical/vocational training or certification is an advantage.
