Senior Account Officer Job Type Full Time Qualification BA/BSc/HND , Professional Certificate Experience: 3 years Location Lagos Job Field Finance / Accounting / Audit Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate financial transactions and accounting records. Prepare journal entries, invoices, payments, accruals, and other accounting documents. Perform bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting. Monitor and properly allocate expenses. Support Accounts Payable and Receivable activities. Review transactions and resolve accounting discrepancies. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and tax regulations. Maintain proper financial documentation and filing. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum of 3 years’ experience: in accounting or similar role. Experience: in QSR, retail, FMCG, hospitality, or other multi-site businesses is an advantage. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP software. ICAN, ACCA, or relevant professional certification/progress toward certification is an added advantage.
