Chief Medical Director / CEO Job Type Full Time Qualification BA/BSc/HND Experience: Location Lagos Job Field Responsibilities: The Chief Medical Director is the Head/Chief Executive of the institution. He is accountable to the Board of Management and the Coordinating Minister of Health & Social Welfare. The Chief Medical Director is charged with the responsibility of the execution of policies and matters affecting the day-to-day management of the hospital. Requirements: Interested Candidates must have the following qualifications: Candidate must be a Medical or Dental Practitioner registered with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN) with not less than twelve (12) years post qualification; Candidate must possess a current practicing license from MDCN; Candidate must be a Fellow of either the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria or West African Postgraduate Medical College, or equivalent, recognized by the MDCN: Candidate must have been a Consultant for a minimum of five (5) years; Candidate must be medically fit (attach evidence); Candidate must be of proven good character and integrity; Evidence of Medical Researches is an added advantage; Administrative qualification and experience: are added advantages; Knowledge of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is an added advantage; Attraction of funded grants by individual candidate is an added advantage. Salary and Allowances Salary and allowances will be in accordance with the Public Service Salary Structure for this category of Officer. Recommendation letters from the referees should be sent directly to the above address by the referees. Photocopy of other documents to be attached include: Birth Certificate or valid Court Affidavit for Age Declaration. Certificate of origin. School certificates, starting from Primary School Leaving Certificate. Professional Certificates Letters of appointments/promotions, from the first to the current one. NYSC Discharge Certificate or Exemption Certificate. Current annual practicing license. Evidence of full Registration and additional qualification(s) with MDCN. Medical Certificate of Fitness.
