Key Responsibilities: Drive merchant acquisition and SME business growth across the assigned state. Recruit, coach, and manage BDMs and BDs to achieve sales and productivity targets. Identify high-potential markets and develop effective expansion strategies. Monitor field activities, ensure compliance with SOPs, and improve market execution. Analyze sales performance and market trends to drive continuous improvement.. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. 3-4 years’ experience: in sales management, merchant acquiring, SME lending, agency banking, or fintech operations. Proven experience: leading field sales teams and driving market expansion. Strong understanding of merchant acquisition, business development, and performance management.
