This role requires more than administrative coordination. The successful candidate must possess a deep understanding of marine crewing requirements: , vessel compliance standards, and the certification frameworks required to safely and compliantly mobilize marine and offshore personnel globally. The ideal candidate understands the difference between vessel-specific, client-specific, and flag-specific requirements: and can proactively identify compliance gaps before mobilization.
