Responsibilities: Dispense medicines accurately and provide clinical pharmacy input to patient care. Contribute to formulary management, medicines information and pharmacovigilance. Handle and document controlled medicines in line with PCN and national requirements. Participate in quality assurance, audit and continuing professional development. Support procurement, storage, stock control and distribution of medicines. Requirements: Education: Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) from a recognised institution; completion of the required national internship/pre-registration training and NYSC, or a valid exemption where applicable. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of post-registration experience: in the relevant profession; post-registration experience: in hospital pharmacy practice beyond entry level; experience: supporting and guiding junior hospital pharmacy staff. Required skills: Understanding of medicines safety and pharmacovigilance. Effective communication with clinical colleagues. Competence in dispensing, stock control and controlled-medicines handling.
