The Heavy Duty Maintenance & operations Manager will be responsible for the effective management of the Company's day-to-day operational activities, with particular responsibility for truckmanagement, driver administration, vehicle and asset management, maintenance coordination, logistics, safety and operational efficiency. The roleholder also will ensure that company vehicles, drivers, equipment and other operational assets are available, safe, compliant, properly utilized and maintained to support uninterrupted business operations. Key Responsibilities: Asset Management Fleet Management & truck management Driver Administration & Management Requirements: Experience: managing operational assets and service providers. At least 5years in a supervisory or management role. Demonstrable experience: managing drivers and vehicle fleets. Practical experience: in vehicle maintenance coordination. 5–8 years' relevant experience: in operations, fleet management, logistics, transportation or asset management. Good knowledge of fleet documentation, vehicle compliance and safety requirements. Bachelor's degree or HND in Transport Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
