We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Operations Manager Location: Ikoyi, Lagos Summary Citi Residence Lagos is seeking a highly experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel and ensure excellent guest service, operational efficiency, and profitability. Key Responsibilities: Monitor room occupancy, revenue, expenses, and overall hotel performance. Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to management. Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to drive occupancy, corporate business, and revenue. Supervise and motivate staff to maintain high standards of service, discipline, grooming, and professionalism. Develop strategies to improve guest experience, staff productivity, cost control, and profitability. Oversee the daily operations of the hotel and ensure smooth coordination of all departments. Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and promptly resolve guest complaints and operational issues. Coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office, Maintenance, Security, Food & Beverage, and other departments. Monitor inventory, maintenance, facilities, and general hotel standards. Ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, security, and regulatory requirements. Build and maintain good relationships with corporate clients, vendors, and other business partners. Requirements: Excellent knowledge of hotel operations and revenue management. Ability to manage staff effectively and work under pressure. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Must be computer literate and familiar with hotel management systems. Minimum of 2 years’ experience: in hotel operations or hospitality management. A Degree / HND in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
