We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Position: Human Resource Officer Job Location: Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Responsibilities: Posting of job vacancy on job portals Reviewing staff request for relevance and affordability Complete response to staff needs and welfare. Application of disciplinary measures Ensuring of timely appraisals Updating staff record as at when due Processing of loan according to company policy Calculating of SIP Computing payroll and sharing payslip for each member of the team. Recruitment and disengagement. Attendance check. Staff verification. Staff documentation and ensuring every staff member has an ID. Processing of staff leave and getting reliever Processing health insurance scheme for Staff. Processing of allowances as at when due. Onboarding staff Ensure staff undergo training as at when due Bonus and commission processing. Requirements: HND OR BSC in marketing, business administration, media studies, communications, information systems or a related field is required Minimum of 2 years of experience: in a similar position. Computer literate with good working knowledge of MS office applications. Creative thinking Good written and oral skills. Excellent interpersonal and networking skills Strong negotiation skills.
