The role focuses on building and managing alliances that generate business opportunities, enhance visibility and influence, and deliver sustainable impact across our consulting, workforce, and advisory services Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 4 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Abuja, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements Responsibilities: Partnership Portfolio Management: Manage and strengthen existing partnerships across corporate, institutional, professional, and private sectors Develop engagement plans for all active partnerships Maintain regular communication and relationship-building activities with partners Reactivate dormant partnerships and identify opportunities within existing relationships Ensure partnerships remain active, productive, and mutually beneficial. Strategic Alliance Development: Identify and establish new partnerships with corporate organizations, financial institutions, pension administrators, educational institutions etc Strategic individuals and influencers Position the company as a preferred business advisory, training, consulting, and workforce development partner. Grants & Resource Mobilisation: Identify and assess grant, funding, and resource mobilization opportunities Coordinate grant applications, concept notes, and funding proposals Develop funding pipelines aligned with organizational priorities Build relationships with grant-making organizations and funding institutions. Partnership Activation & Opportunity Development: Convert partnerships into collaborative opportunities Initiate partnership-tailor driven proposals and programmes Coordinate partnership meetings, engagement sessions, and strategic discussions Develop partnership concepts that create value for both parties. Ecosystem Intelligence: Map sectors, industries, and institutions relevant to the company Monitor partnership trends and strategic opportunities Maintain a partnership and stakeholder database Provide intelligence that supports organizational growth and positioning Requirements: Minimum of 4 years’ experience in partnerships, institutional relations, strategic engagement, grants management, resource mobilisation, business development, or a related field Demonstrated experience building and managing strategic partnerships Experience working within consulting firms, development organizations, workforce development organizations, learning institutions, NGOs, INGOs, professional service firms, or corporate engagement environments Strong proposal development and stakeholder engagement experience Who You Are: Build relationships naturally and strategically Understands how partnerships are developed and sustained Highly proactive and opportunity-oriented Maintains momentum in stakeholder engagements Possess strong communication and negotiation skills Can independently manage multiple relationships and opportunities Thinks long-term and strategically. How Success Will Be Measured: Number of active partnerships managed Strategic partnerships established Partnership opportunities activated Grant opportunities identified and submitted Stakeholder engagement effectiveness Partnership-generated opportunities Growth and expansion of the company partnership ecosystem Important Note: This role is not about waiting for opportunities to emerge.
