Min Qualification: Degree Experience: Level: Senior level Experience: Length: 5 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements: Responsibilities: Supervise concrete works, including formwork, reinforcement, pouring, curing, and inspections. Interpret structural and architectural drawings and ensure accurate site implementation. Coordinate subcontractors, tradesmen, and other project stakeholders. Conduct quality control checks, including concrete mix, slump, and cube tests. Monitor materials, manpower, equipment, and overall site progress. Ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and HSE standards. Prepare daily and weekly site reports and work plans.
