Supervise housekeepers, cooks, drivers, gardeners, security personnel, and other domestic staff. Prepare and monitor household schedules and staff duties. Ensure the home is clean, organized, secure, and properly maintained. Monitor household supplies, groceries, toiletries, cleaning materials, and other inventory. Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and servicing of household equipment and facilities. Liaise with vendors, artisans, contractors, and service providers when required. Monitor staff attendance, performance, punctuality, and conduct. Ensure household rules and standards are consistently followed.
