We are seeking a seeking an experienced Construction Lead to oversee construction execution across engineering and industrial projects- managing multidisciplinary teams to deliver safely, on schedule, on budget, and to spec Key Responsibilities: Ensure construction activities comply with approved engineering drawings, specifications, contract requirements, and company standards. Support commissioning, mechanical completion, punch Isting, and final handover, while promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with HSE policies and regulatory standards Review and approve construction methodologies, work packs, ling plans, and method statements, ensuring effective utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment Develop and implement construction execution plans schedules, resource plans, and productivity initiatives. monitoring progress and implementing corrective actions to address risks and delays Plan, coordinate, and manage all on-site construction activities from mobilization through completion and handover, leading multidisciplinary teams across civil, structural, mechanical piping, electrical and instrumentation works Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Project Controls, QA/QC, HSE, and Commissioning teams for seamless execution, and manage contractors/subcontractors for compliance with contractual, and quality requirements: Conduct site inspections, construction meetings, and progress reviews, preparing regular reports and performance updates for clients and stakeholders Requirements: Qualifications: COREN & NSE registration-an added advantage: PMP/PRINCEZ and HSE Level 3 certification desirable Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management or a related field Experience: with LNG, CNG, pipelines, flow stations, processing facilities terminals, tank farms, or other industrial plant construction projects is highly desirable At least 5 years in a leadership or construction management role overseeing multidisciplinary engineering projects Must have 10-15 years' experience: in construction management within the Oil & Gas, EPC, Industrial, or Infrastructure sectors Experience: working with International Oil Companies (OCS) Indigenous Operators, and EPC contractors is an added advantage Required Skills: HSE & Risk Management Planning & Budgeting Drawings & Technical Specifications MS Office/Project Management Software Planning & Budgeting Leadership & Tearn Management Stakeholder & Contract Management How to Apply Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV to: info@cakasamaintenance.com using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.
