Part financial matchmaker, part growth hustler, this role is all about winning new clients, growing deposits, and turning "just checking in" calls into real Assets Under Management. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for investment advice, providing regular performance updates and market insights. Meet and exceed deposit mobilization targets. Identify and acquire new deposit accounts from individuals, corporate bodies, and other organizations. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements: and internal policies. Ensure adherence to rate guides as approved by management. Develop and implement strategies to increase deposit growth and client / customer retention. Follow up with credit clients to give them loan facility. Assess the creditworthiness of potential and existing customers by analyzing financial data, references and payment history. Deepen relationships with existing clients to increase Assets Under Management and acquire new clients. Achieve set revenue targets by selling credit facilities, loans and other financial products. Qualifications & Requirements: Minimum of a Bachelor`s Degree (or equivalent) in any discipline. 2 - 5 years experience: in marketing financial products/services. Master’s degree or professional certifications are an added advantage. Skills & Competencies: Ability to work independently and collaboratively under competing demands. Strategic thinking, analytical problem-solving, and client management skills. Knowledge of capital market, loan and credit appraisal systems. Strong sales, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
