We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Position: Project Delivery Officer Job Location: Abuja (FCT) Employment Type: Full-time Job Description MRT Net Solutions Limited is seeking a technology-inclined Project Delivery Officer to support the configuration, testing, implementation and successful delivery of its technology products. The officer will coordinate project activities, maintain documentation and train frontline and operational users. Responsibilities: Support the configuration and implementation of MRT’s products. Assist with gathering and documenting client requirements. Test configured products before deployment or client presentation. Identify, document and report system issues for resolution. Coordinate project activities, timelines, deliverables and follow-ups. Maintain project records, configuration documents and implementation reports. Prepare user manuals, training materials and project documentation. Conduct product demonstrations and end-user training. Train frontline, operational and intern-level users. Conduct end-user training independently when the senior officer is unavailable. Support users during onboarding, deployment and post-implementation stages. Communicate technical issues and client feedback to the Development team. Track outstanding project actions and provide progress reports. Ensure that completed projects meet agreed requirements: and quality standards. Requirements: B.Sc. or HND in Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, Business Administration or a related discipline. One to three years of experience: in project delivery, software implementation, product support, training or a related role. Ability to learn, configure and support technology products. Good understanding of software testing and issue documentation. Strong project-coordination and organizational skills. Ability to train users and explain technical information clearly. Strong written communication, presentation and documentation skills. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities: and meet deadlines. Willingness to work closely with technical teams and clients. Salary N150,000 - N200,000 per month.
