If you are passionate about sales, relationship management, and earning based on performance, this opportunity is for you. Key Responsibilities: Generate and convert new loan leads through field sales, referrals, and personal networks. Market Baselenders’ loan products to prospective customers. Guide customers through the loan application process. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Monitor customer repayments and support recovery efforts where necessary. Meet monthly sales and portfolio performance targets. Submit weekly activity and performance reports. Requirements: OND, HND, or BSc Degree in any discipline. Minimum of 2 years of experience: in sales, loan marketing, or financial services. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Self-motivated and target-driven.
