Advise customers on color selection, finish options, and product suitability for their specific project type. Maintain accurate records of every colour job completed; formula, pigment ratios, batch size, and customer details for repeat order reference. Ensure all completed colour batches are correctly labeled before handover to the customer or dispatch. Monitor tinting pigment stock at the depot and raise replenishment requests to procurement before stock runs out. Keep the tinting area and machine clean and in proper working order; report any faults immediately. Work alongside the Customer Service Rep to ensure a smooth customer experience from enquiry to product handover. Escalate complex technical colour queries to the factory colour matcher or production lead when required. Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of experience.
