The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality visual and audio content that effectively communicates the Group's brand identity, promotes our diverse portfolio, and engages our target audiences across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities: Create visually compelling designs for a wide range of materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, presentations, and corporate branding assets. Plan, shoot, edit, and produce professional video content for marketing campaigns, corporate communications, property showcases, investor presentations, and social media platforms. Capture high-quality photographs of properties, projects, corporate events, and promotional activities for use in marketing materials and digital platforms. Develop engaging multimedia content (graphics, videos, animations, infographics) for the company's websites, social media channels, email campaigns, and advertising platforms. Ensure all multimedia content adheres to the Group's brand guidelines and maintains a consistent, professional visual identity across all platforms. Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create and schedule multimedia content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) to drive engagement and brand awareness. Maintain and update the company's websites with fresh multimedia content, ensuring optimal visual appeal and user experience. Provide multimedia coverage (photography, videography, live streaming) for corporate events, product launches, ground-breaking ceremonies, and investor meetings. Create animated graphics, motion graphics, and short explainer videos to simplify complex concepts and enhance audience engagement. Manage and maintain multimedia equipment (cameras, lighting, audio gear, etc.), ensuring they are in good working condition and properly stored. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or HND in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Mass Communication, Film Production, or a related field. 3–7 years of verifiable experience: in multimedia content creation, graphic design, and video production, preferably within the real estate, investment, financial services, or e-business sectors. Relevant professional certifications in multimedia design, graphic design, or video production are highly preferred. Proficiency in industry-standard software, including: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve (video editing) Motion graphics and animation tools Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design, video production, photography, and digital content creation. Excellent creative, conceptual, and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail, composition, and visual aesthetics. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Attributes: Experience: with 3D rendering and virtual tour creation for real estate projects is an advantage.
