We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Head of Revenue Management & Pricing Location : Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary The Head of Revenue Management & Pricing is responsible for maximizing passenger revenue, yield, load factor, and network profitability through the development and execution of effective revenue management, pricing, inventory control, forecasting, and demand optimization strategies. The role ensures that Air Peace achieves optimal seat revenue by balancing demand with available capacity while maintaining competitive positioning across domestic, regional, and international markets. The position reports directly to the Director, Revenue Management & Pricing. Working closely with Network Planning & Scheduling, Sales & Distribution, Commercial Systems, Marketing, Finance, Operations Control Centre (OCC), and Digital Sales, the Head of Revenue Management & Pricing will drive data- driven commercial decisions that improve airline profitability. Key Responsibilities: Revenue Management: Monitor booking curves and adjust availability accordingly. Maximize passenger revenue through inventory optimization and demand management. Recommend aircraft gauge changes to maximize profitability. Develop and execute revenue optimization strategies across all Air Peace routes. Recommend flight closures and capacity restrictions where necessary. Implement demand-based inventory controls. Optimize load factors while protecting yield. Manage booking classes and seat inventory. Ensure continuous revenue optimization across domestic, regional and international operations. Pricing Strategy: Collaborate closely with: Produce competitive intelligence reports. Reduce spill. Manage overbooking policies. Manage booking class availability. Customer Experience: Evaluate new market opportunities. Monitor demand shifts resulting from seasonality or competitor actions. Commercial Systems Work with Commercial Systems to improve automation. Finance Maximize seat utilization. Produce revenue forecasts. Digital Sales Reporting Improve reporting dashboards. Market Intelligence Airport Services Recommend schedule adjustments. Enhance forecasting accuracy. Optimize cabin inventory. Conduct demand analysis. Ensure inventory reflects commercial strategy. Develop and maintain competitive pricing strategies. Forecasting & Demand Management Identify underperforming routes. Approve fare filings through ATPCO where applicable. Sales & Distribution Network Planning & Scheduling Analyze booking trends. Manage promotional fares without diluting revenue. Recommend tactical commercial actions. Monitor competitor schedules. Revenue Performance Recommend frequency adjustments. Develop predictive revenue models. Cross Functional Collaboration Recommend fare increases and decreases based on demand. Support digital revenue optimization. Forecast passenger volumes by market.
