Support pharmacists during clinical services, vaccination programmes, and health campaigns where applicable. Ensure adherence to pharmacy policies, standard operating procedures, and regulatory requirements. Identify operational challenges and recommend process improvements to enhance pharmacy efficiency. Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to junior pharmacy technicians and support staff. Maintain accurate dispensing, inventory, and patient records. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure efficient patient care. Oversee inventory management, including procurement requests, stock reconciliation, expiry monitoring, and storage. Assist in implementing quality improvement and medication safety initiatives. Accurately prepare, label, and dispense medications under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. Coordinate daily dispensing activities to ensure timely service delivery. Perform regular inventory audits and investigate stock discrepancies. Requirements: Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, dispensing procedures, and medication safety practices. Experience: supervising or mentoring junior staff is an added advantage. Valid registration or licence with the relevant regulatory authority (PCN).
