You'll be the link between our warehouse and branches across Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt, ensuring stock gets where it needs to be, when it needs to be there. Key Responsibilities: Ensure Compliance: Enforce company policies and standardized processes across all stock handling and movement; maintain clear audit trails. Manage Risk: Proactively flag potential delays, shortages, or losses, and escalate with recommended solutions. Liaise Across Teams: Work closely with Branch Managers, Sales, Technical, and Warehouse teams to resolve delivery issues and respond to stock needs. Manage Deliveries & Fleet: Plan efficient delivery routes and schedules; supervise drivers and logistics assistants; monitor vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel; oversee third-party logistics providers. Support Warehouse Operations: Verify stock quantity and condition before dispatch and on receipt; support stock counts and reconciliation. Own Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate waybills, delivery notes, and transfer records; prepare regular logistics reports tracking delivery timelines, cost efficiency, and incidents. Coordinate Stock Movement: Manage the flow of products between the warehouse and branches; ensure timely replenishment based on stock levels and approved requisitions.
