The ideal candidate will have strong field recovery experience, excellent investigation and verification skills, and the ability to recover stolen or outstanding assets efficiently. The successful candidate must be able to ride a motorcycle and possess basic computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Responsibilities: Conduct field visits for debt recovery and asset recovery operations. Verify customer addresses and carry out physical investigations when required. Track, locate, and recover stolen or defaulted assets. Engage professionally with customers and third parties during recovery activities. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recovery reports. Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure recovery targets are achieved. Ensure all recovery activities comply with company policies and legal requirements. Requirements: Must be able to ride a motorcycle and possess a valid rider's license. Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in any related field. Proven experience: as a Recovery Officer, Field Officer, or in a similar role. Experience: in address verification and field investigations. Experience: in recovering stolen assets is highly preferred. Good knowledge of routes and locations within assigned areas.
