Oversee end-to-end recruitment, selection, onboarding, and workforce planning to attract and retain top talent. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in line with regulatory requirements: and best practices. Coordinate staff performance management, succession planning, career development, and talent management initiatives. Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programmes to enhance employee competence and productivity. Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive, high-performance organizational culture. Oversee compensation, benefits: administration, payroll coordination, and staff welfare programmes. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related discipline. MCIB certification. Minimum of 10 years' cognate experience: in Human Resources within the banking or financial services sector, with at least 3 years in a management or supervisory role. Sound knowledge of Nigerian Labour Laws, HR best practices, performance management, talent acquisition, and employee relations. Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Strong organizational, planning, and decision-making abilities. High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) or possession of MCIPM/ACIPM will be an added advantage.
