The role involves carrying out routine vehicle maintenance, identifying mechanical faults, and ensuring vehicles are available for operational use. Key Responsibilities: Conduct routine inspection and maintenance of company / hotel vehicles. Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults in vehicles. Perform oil changes, brake checks, battery checks, tyre checks, and other servicing tasks. Inspect engines, transmission systems, suspension, steering, and other vehicle components. Replace worn-out or damaged vehicle parts as required. Keep accurate records of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and servicing. Ensure vehicles are roadworthy and safe before use. Carry out preventive maintenance to reduce vehicle breakdowns and repair costs. Respond promptly to vehicle breakdowns and mechanical problems. Maintain tools, equipment, and the vehicle maintenance area in good condition. Liaise with approved mechanics, workshops, and spare-parts suppliers when specialized repairs are required. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety procedures and company standards. Report major vehicle faults and maintenance requirements: to management.
