The company was incorporated in 1998, starting as a staffing agency based in Port Harcourt. Currently we have offices in 4 countries with our head office in Lagos. We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Position: Supply Chain Manager Job Location : Lagos Job Type: Full-time About the Role The Supply Chain Manager will oversee and manage the company's end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficient procurement, logistics, inventory control, vendor management, and regulatory compliance. This role is responsible for optimizing costs, improving operational efficiency, mitigating supply chain risks, and supporting business growth through strategic sourcing and supplier partnerships. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum of 10 years of experience: in Supply Chain Management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the upstream oil & gas industry. A Master's degree is an added advantage. Professional certifications such as CSCP, CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent are highly desirable. Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle. Demonstrated expertise in procurement, logistics, contract negotiation, vendor management, compliance, and supply chain risk management. Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
