Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 3 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Abuja, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements Responsibilities: Pre-Arrival Guest Management: Review daily and upcoming guest arrivals. Confirm reservation details, arrival times, guest preferences, and special requirements. Coordinate airport transfers, early arrivals, welcome amenities and approved guest requests. Ensure guest profiles are accurate and updated within the property-management system. Identify VIPs, corporate guests, returning guests and long-stay guests.
