Key Responsibilities: Ensure products meet company specifications and applicable regulatory requirements. Monitor hygiene, safety, and quality standards within production areas. Support product testing and sampling activities. Maintain accurate quality control and assurance records. Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with established quality standards. Participate in internal quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives. Conduct inspections and quality checks on raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products. Recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions. Work closely with Production, Operations, and other departments to resolve quality issues. Requirements: Good knowledge of quality assurance and quality control procedures. 2–4 years of relevant QA/QC experience: within the FMCG or manufacturing industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail. Bachelor’s degree/HND in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Engineering, or a related field. Good documentation and reporting skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Salary N300,000 / month.
