We are seeking a professional, experienced and results-driven Boutique Manager to oversee the daily operations of a luxury unisex fashion boutique. The successful candidate will manage the sales team, drive revenue, maintain excellent customer service and ensure the boutique consistently delivers a premium shopping experience. Key Responsibilities: Supervise, coordinate and motivate sales staff. Monitor stock levels, inventory movement and product availability. Maintain accurate sales, stock and operational records. Ensure staff follow company policies, procedures and professional standards. Build strong relationships with new and existing customers. Prepare regular sales and operational reports for management. Support social media marketing and online customer engagement. Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving business targets. Manage the day-to-day operations of the boutique. Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally. Ensure clothing, shoes, bags, jewellery and other products are properly displayed. Supervise POS and payment transactions and ensure proper accountability. Develop strategies to increase sales and customer retention. Ensure the boutique maintains a clean, organised and luxurious appearance. Coordinate product arrivals, pricing, promotions and special offers.
