It is widely recognized for professionalizing influencer marketing across the continent and elevating African creative talent onto the global stage We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Position: Influencer Marketing Specialist Job Location: Nigeria Employment Type: Full-time Department: Influencer Marketing Reports to: Account Manager Role Summary The Influencer Marketing Specialist plans and executes influencer campaigns end-to-end — from strategy and creator selection through to performance tracking. This role works closely with Creator Partnership to identify the right talent and with Account Management to ensure campaigns meet client objectives. Key Responsibilities: Develop influencer marketing strategies aligned to client campaign goals Identify, shortlist, and brief creators in partnership with the Creator Partnership team Manage campaign timelines, content approvals, and posting schedules Track and report on campaign performance (reach, engagement, ROI) and provide optimization recommendations Stay current on platform trends, formats, and influencer marketing best practices Negotiate rates and deliverables for influencer partnerships within budget Ensure campaigns comply with platform guidelines and disclosure/FTC requirements: Requirements: & Qualifications 2 - 3+ years of experience: in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or a related field Strong understanding of major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and influencer ecosystems Experience: managing end-to-end campaigns and multiple stakeholders Analytical skills to interpret campaign data and translate into insights Excellent written communication for briefs, reports, and creator outreach Highly organized with strong attention to detail Note Fields marked*are required Include your CV and a 30-second introductory video.
