The Risk & Compliance Officer will support the organization in identifying, assessing and mitigating operational, financial, regulatory and reputational risks while ensuring adherence to applicable laws, regulations and internal policies. Responsibilities: Monitor implementation of corrective actions. Support business continuity and crisis-management planning. Monitor anti-fraud and anti-corruption controls. Prepare risk and compliance reports for management. Conduct staff compliance awareness programmes. Monitor regulatory and compliance requirements. Investigate compliance breaches. Conduct compliance reviews and assessments. Develop and maintain compliance policies. Maintain risk registers and risk-control frameworks. Identify and assess organizational risks. Support internal and external regulatory audits. Requirements: Excellent analytical and investigative skills. Strong regulatory awareness. 2–5 years' risk, compliance, audit or regulatory experience. Strong knowledge of risk-management principles. Relevant professional certification such as CRMA, CISA, ICA, CISI or compliance certification is an advantage.
