Interview applicants, guarantors, neighbors, or business associates where necessary to validate information provided. Complete field verification reports accurately and submit them within the required turnaround time. Ensure all Know Your Customer (KYC) and regulatory requirements: are met before loan approval. Capture geolocation coordinates and photographs of applicants, businesses, and collateral as required. Assess the applicant's business operations, income-generating activities, and repayment capacity. Escalate suspicious applications or cases that require further investigation.
