Key Responsibilities: Turn ideas and briefs provided by our team into creative, professional designs. Create promotional materials for Quick Collect's products, services, and campaigns. Prepare and format company documents and information on Quick Collect's official letterhead. Design content for Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, websites, and other digital platforms. Make revisions and adjustments based on feedback. Properly arrange and format information provided by management so that letters and documents are clean, professional, and presentable. Create professional graphics for social media, advertisements, promotions, and marketing campaigns. Maintain consistency with Quick Collect's branding, fonts, colours, and overall visual identity. Deliver designs within agreed timelines. Who We're Looking For We are looking for an experienced professional who can genuinely handle graphic design. The ideal candidate must: Be comfortable working independently and taking initiative. Be fully dedicated and available to work with Quick Collect on a consistent basis. Experience: working with a fintech, technology, e-commerce, or other online business will be an advantage. Be able to communicate effectively with our team. Be reliable, responsive, and able to meet deadlines. Have excellent creativity and attention to detail. Be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks. Have proven professional experience: in graphic design. Have a strong and impressive graphic design portfolio. Understand branding and professional visual communication. Be looking for a long-term opportunity rather than occasional or freelance work. Be proficient with tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator,Canva, or similar design software. Practical Assessment Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a sample assignment before a final decision is made.
