Read more about this company Regional Manager Job Type Full Time Qualification BA/BSc/HND Experience 5 - 8 years Location Edo City Benin Job Field Sales and Business Development We're looking for a Regional Manager to lead CourierPlus operations across our South East cluster, based in Benin City and covering Enugu, Imo, Abia, Anambra, Ebonyi and surrounding states. You'll drive business growth, oversee branch performance and ensure consistent, reliable service across the region. Key Responsibilities Oversee sales, operations and customer service across all South East cluster branches Develop and execute regional growth strategies to expand market share Manage and mentor branch managers and sales teams within the cluster Build strong relationships with corporate clients, SMEs and key accounts Monitor branch performance against targets and report insights to leadership Resolve escalated customer complaints and operational issues promptly Identify new business opportunities and onboard new clients across the region Ensure branches operate efficiently and in line with company standards Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field 5-8 years' experience in sales or operations management, with logistics experience strongly preferred Proven track record managing multiple locations or a sales team Strong knowledge of the South East business landscape and logistics industry Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills Ability to travel across cluster locations as required (Benin City base, with regular travel into the South East) Core Skills Regional/multi-branch management Strategic sales planning Team leadership and coaching Relationship management Problem-solving and quick decision-making Check how your CV aligns with this job Method of Application Send your CV to: joinus@courierplus-ng.com Build your CV for free.
