Ensure food safety and hygiene compliance. Supervise cashew processing: shelling, peeling, grading, roasting, and packaging. Support continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinate manpower allocation and shift activities for optimal productivity. Train, coach, and monitor production staff performance. Ensure safe and efficient operation of machinery; report faults and coordinate maintenance. Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations. Ensure production schedules and output targets are achieved. Maintain production records, reports, and operational documentation. Monitor product quality and compliance with standards. Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Bachelor's Degree, OND, or HND in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Management, or related field. 3–5 years in manufacturing or food processing (cashew/agro-processing advantage).
