The ideal candidate will support the delivery of core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR administration, and employee engagement, while ensuring compliance with company policies and labour regulations. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR documentation is up to date. Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned. Coordinate learning and development initiatives and training administration. Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation. Drive employee engagement initiatives and support a positive workplace culture. Support performance management processes, including probation and confirmation reviews. Handle employee relations matters and provide day-to-day HR support to staff. Prepare HR reports and other HR documentation.
