We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Contracts Lead III Location: Lagos Description We are seeking an experienced Contracts Lead III to oversee the administration, stewardship, and performance of service contracts while ensuring contractor compliance with contractual obligations, company standards, and corporate controls. The successful candidate will work closely with Procurement, Operations, and SSHE teams to optimize contractor performance throughout the contract lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Identify contract risks and recommend mitigation measures. Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, and SSHE to improve contractor performance and compliance. Facilitate contractor performance review meetings and safety forums. Coordinate contractor onboarding, kick-off meetings, and interface management. Monitor contractor compliance with contractual obligations and company requirements. Maintain contractor tracking databases and contract records. Manage the full contract lifecycle from mobilization through close-out. Prepare monthly and quarterly contract stewardship and KPI reports. Ensure contract documentation and purchase orders are in place before execution. Support contract owners with contract suspension, termination, and close-out activities. Coordinate contractor site assessments, competency reviews, and performance evaluations. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Law, or a related discipline. Good understanding of procurement processes and contract management. Knowledge of contract terms and commercial administration. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience: in contract administration within industrial, oil & gas, energy, or similar environments. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel. Experience: working with contractors and multicultural teams is an advantage. Strong planning, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
