Ensure effective coordination between procurement, logistics, pharmacy operations, sales, and customer service . Establish and maintain efficient operational processes across all business locations. Monitor outlet performance and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards. Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions to improve efficiency and service delivery. Supply Chain & Inventory Management: Coordinate effective inventory management across all outlets and stores. Ensure regular, accurate, and properly documented stock-taking and reconciliation. Monitor fast-moving products to minimize stock-outs and maintain product availability. Develop strategies to minimize losses resulting from expired, damaged, missing, or slow-moving products. Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock. Monitor stock movement and investigate significant inventory variances. Staff Management & Performance: Lead recruitment, onboarding, staff scheduling, training, and performance management across the organization. Supervise pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, sales assistants, cashiers, outlet managers, and administrative personnel. Establish clear performance targets and hold relevant managers and employees accountable for results. Conduct regular performance reviews and identify training and development needs. Business Growth & Commercial Development: Analyze sales trends, customer behaviour, product performance, and market opportunities. A Master's degree or relevant professional qualification will be an added advantage. Minimum of 3 years' relevant management experience, preferably in pharmacy, healthcare, retail, FMCG, or a multi-outlet business environment.
