Perform API testing using Postman, including validating requests, responses, authentication, business logic, and API workflows. Execute manual testing for new features, enhancements, bug fixes, regression testing, smoke testing, integration testing, and end-to-end application workflows. Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and test data based on business and technical requirements. Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects using Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail, Zephyr, or similar tools. Verify defect fixes and perform regression testing before production deployments. Validate REST APIs, JSON responses, database records, and system integrations to ensure software quality and reliability. Collaborate closely with software developers, product managers, business analysts, and QA team members throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC). Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Monitor automation execution results, analyze failures, and communicate quality risks to stakeholders. Contribute to improving automation frameworks, testing processes, QA standards, and best practices. A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience: in software quality assurance.
