Candidates must have a proven track record in the construction chemicals, building materials, or related manufacturing industry. Our client is seeking an experienced Factory Operations Manager to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee production planning, inventory management, and resource allocation to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations. Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, Environment (HSE), quality, and regulatory standards across all plant operations. Manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime. Lead and oversee all factory operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and operational objectives are achieved. Lead, mentor, and develop production, engineering, maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams to deliver high performance. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, improve process efficiency, and optimize manufacturing costs. Requirements: Strong knowledge of production planning, process manufacturing, industrial automation, quality systems, and maintenance management. MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an added advantage. Minimum of 8–10 years' experience: in manufacturing within the construction industry Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum of 5 years' experience: in a senior factory, plant, or operations management role. Proven experience: managing factory operations, production budgets, cross-functional teams, and continuous improvement projects. Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills. Salary N800,000 - N1,000,000 per month.
