Monitor ad performance, optimize campaigns, and track results for better conversions and engagement. Work closely with the Social Media Strategist on campaign execution and promotional activities. Support brand awareness initiatives and marketing campaigns. Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging promotional content. Sales & Customer Relationship Management: Follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer requests promptly on social media. Serve as the link between the sales team and prospects across social media platforms. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects. Requirements: Previous experience: in sales, marketing, customer service, or a similar role is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
