Monitor key operational metrics (fulfillment time, error rates, cost-to-serve, stock accuracy) and drive continuous improvement. Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and third-party logistics or fulfillment partners. Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively resolve them before they impact the customer experience. Train and lead an operations team as the business scales.
