We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Account Officer Location: Ughelli, Delta Employment Type: Full-time Job Description We are looking for a skilled, reliable, and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s financial records, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, and providing accurate financial information to support business decisions. Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and company policies. Maintain proper documentation of all financial records. Support internal and external audit processes. Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and expenditure reports. Monitor financial transactions and recommend improvements for efficiency. Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting. Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and statements. Manage accounts payable and receivable processes. Reconcile bank statements and monitor company cash flow. Requirements: Good understanding of tax regulations and accounting principles Must reside in Warri, Delta State or its environs. Excellent numerical, analytical, and organizational skills Professional certification such as ICAN or ACCA is an added advantage Strong knowledge of financial reporting and reconciliation Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline with 2 – 4 years relevant accounting experience.
