The team identifies new business opportunities, nurtures existing client relationships, and ensures customer retention by providing excellent service and regular follow-up. The Revenue & Growth Department is responsible for driving the company's top-line growth through strategic lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue expansion. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Operations and Customer Experience: teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular reports on business development activities. Follow up with current clients to encourage repeat business, referrals, and long-term partnerships. Achieve and exceed assigned monthly revenue and client acquisition targets. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
