Min Qualification: HND Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 2 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Abuja, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements Responsibilities: Conduct routine inspections of food preparation, storage, and service areas. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards. Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion consistency. Inspect staff grooming, hygiene, and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Carry out quality audits and prepare inspection reports. Identify quality issues and recommend corrective actions. Monitor customer feedback and support service improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulatory requirements. Work closely with department heads to maintain operational excellence. Requirements: HND/B.Sc. in Food Science, Hospitality Management, or Quality Management. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in quality control, food safety, or restaurant operations. Knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards is an added advantage. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
