The candidate would also be responsible for driving the bank business budget. The candidate must have acumen for strategy formulation and implementation, with proven experience: of growing a business to scale. Key Responsibilities: Commercialize the bank products and services with the aim of creating awareness and usage of the product. Responsible for CASA and Term deposit mobilization and market rate. Identify new partnership segment and new products that help scale the bank services Identify new opportunities in the market and work with the team to create a marketfit product. Responsible for the attainment of the bank business and profitability budget. Position the bank among the top 20 MFB in the industry. Represent the MD at strategic and marketing calls. Develop a growth strategy for partnerships with organizations and agencies that ensure the optimum usage of the bank services. Develop financial projection model for each product and work with the various Business team to achieve the budget for each product and services. Focus on Scaling the bank retail and corporate business (Payroll lending, Purchase Order Financing, Asset Finance, Payment &Collection solutions, B2B & B2C, Digital App usage) to ensure the bank gets return on investment. Organize/attend event to showcase the bank product and services Strong risk asset creation network with focus on SME segment (Structured and unstructured). Deepen relationships with existing partnerships and identify new opportunities for engagement and supporting partner needs. Perform other task as delegated by the MD. Requirements: Market research, strategy and business reporting Superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills Experience: preparing executive/board- level reports. Minimum of 10 -15 years experience: in roles that include: Sales, Business Development, Growth and Partnership management, Strategy, Relationship Management, Portfolio Management, Go-to-market.
