We are seeking a warm, patient, and dedicated Montessori Nursery Teacher to nurture and support the early development of our pupils in a structured and engaging learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Assess and grade pupils’ work, including tests and classroom activities Build and maintain strong relationships with parents through regular communication Deliver teaching activities in line with approved Montessori schemes, lesson plans, and school policies Track and report on individual pupil progress and achievements Monitor pupils’ learning and provide feedback to improve teaching effectiveness Identify pupils with additional learning needs and collaborate with the Remedial Teacher to provide support Provide pastoral care and support the overall development of each child Maintain a well-managed, disciplined, and positive classroom environment Requirements: Child-friendly, patient, and nurturing personality Qualification in Montessori Education: or Early Childhood Education: form a recognised higher institution.
