We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Head, Power Training & Consulting Location: Lagos Employment Type: Full-time What You'll Own Provide strategic and business leadership for the firm's power sector practice, spanning training programmes and engineering consulting engagements Drive performance management across the power practice — setting KPIs, monitoring delivery and building team capability Own relationships with DISCOs, GENCOs, TCN, IPPs and regulatory bodies (NERC) at executive level Lead business development from the front — personally driving new client acquisition, key account relationships and strategic partnerships alongside the BD team Own full P&L responsibility for the power practice, including budgeting, cost control and profit management Build, mentor and manage the power engineering and training leadership team Set strategic direction and quality standards for technical training curricula and courses covering generation, transmission and distribution Requirements: Deep working knowledge of NERC regulations and grid codes Minimum 15 years' cognate experience: in the power sector (generation, transmission, distribution) Proven track record in strategic and business management, including P&L, budget and profit management B.Eng / B.Sc in Electrical/Power Engineering; MBA/M.Sc strongly preferred Strong background in performance management and building high-performing team.
