Capture and submit required customer, business, location, and application information accurately through approved systems. Ensure all field verification evidence, including customer/business photographs and GPS-enabled records where required, is genuine, clear, and compliant with company standards. Follow up with customers on pending applications and provide accurate updates until completion. Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and customers to drive repeat business and referrals. Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales and disbursement targets. Monitor the status of submitted applications and promptly resolve or escalate exceptions. Maintain accurate records of prospects, applications, approvals, disbursements, and customer interactions. Observe all company policies, compliance requirements, data protection standards, and responsible lending practices. Provide regular field activity reports and feedback on market opportunities, customer needs, and competitor activity. Work closely with the Sales Manager and other relevant teams to improve conversion, customer experience, and portfolio quality. Qualifications & Experience: Minimum of SSCE; OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree is an added advantage. Previous experience: in sales, field marketing, business development, fintech, banking, microfinance, or a related field is an advantage.
